What would you highlight about Black 5 Florence
Perfect location and decoration!
The location was excellent, very central location but relatively quiet. The room was very nicely decorated, it had a lovely balcony and a large fully renovated bathroom as well as a very comfortable bed. The building was also very nice. The air-condition came in very handy since the weather was hot. The management offered as a bottle of wine for our anniversary which was super nice. Ivan was always there for us during our staying in order to fullfil our needs and they also let us check-in two hours earlier.
The room could have been cleaner. Both the toilet and the siphons of both the bathtub and the washbasin were not clean and were a bit clogged. The room could use a revamp by getting painted (not the wall behind the bed, that was perfect). The mini bar was extremely mini, couldn't even get a large bottle of water easily in there and it needed a clean up. The room could need more light, for example a central light/chandelier. The air-condition could need a service since it was extremely noisy. The wifi was not working during half of our stay.

Very Good
Good location, nice room for a reasonable price.
It was very loud in the early morning. Crazy guests woke up at 5 in the morning and were screaming accross the coridor.

Well located, nice and lively quarter, easy to reach, friendly welcome. Very quiet room.
The room was towards the inner yard. Not much of a view but absolutely quiet. We had a very good sleep.

a few issues with communication but I would stay here again
beautiful position and lovely clean room.
not even a bottle of water in the room. it’s called Bed and Breakfast but there is no breakfast. staff was absent and never responded to calls, only text messages after a few hours.
